In my opinion, this place is greatest repair shop in the Grand Rapids area. When you call, you get to actually talk to someone (Adam in my experience) that has real mechanic knowledge. They get you in and out faster than anywhere else I’ve been in the Grand Rapids area without skimming on quality. They completed the repairs that fixed the issues on 3 of my fleet vehicles.
