Because I bought a 2013 Toyota Prius from Price Toyota (for my daughter who is a doctor in Connecticut), I’ve always serviced the car at their New Castle service. In Dec. 2025, I took the car there for a low tire pressure light. Hours later, the car was returned to me without any solution to the low tire light. Upon my protest, the service manager promised to have the problem fixed whenever my daughter returned to DE. Seriously impressed with getting my tire tread readings by text before I got out of the car
I accidentally showed up on the wrong date for my maintenance appointment - the team was able to fit me in the schedule anyway and got my car back to me incredibly quick. Will definitely return for future appointments - great customer service all around.
