I took my 2007 Toyota corolla in for an oil change, reset the maintenance light, check fluids and filters. They also did the 21 point inspection. Michael was my team service advisor. Because I bought a 2013 Toyota Prius from Price Toyota (for my daughter who is a doctor in Connecticut), I’ve always serviced the car at their New Castle service. In Dec. 2025, I took the car there for a low tire pressure light. Hours later, the car was returned to me without any solution to the low tire light. Upon my protest, the service manager promised to have the problem fixed whenever my daughter returned to DE.
