I accidentally showed up on the wrong date for my maintenance appointment - the team was able to fit me in the schedule anyway and got my car back to me incredibly quick. Will definitely return for future appointments - great customer service all around.
I've had some minor issues since I purchased a car almost a month ago. The service team was amazing in handling the issue very fast and timely. Especially Jeremy from service! He went above and beyond. Great customer service.
Outstanding service!
Stealership service department replaced Waterpump on 2015 Toyota Venza. While air was removed from cooling system, there is no heat. The heat only works if the Temperature is set to max. There is no heat, just cold air if Temperature set below 83 degrees F. There was no issue with heat prior to service. The Heater Core was never purged of Air.
