This review pertains to the Price Toyota Parts Department who quoted almost 2x the MSRP for a windshield water pump. i suggest you shop around before purchasing parts from Price, they are taking advantage of the consumer. As an example, i needed a windshield water pump, msrp on toyota website is $75.45, Price toyota parts dept quoted $134. What a joke. I will never shop there again.

Walked in yesterday at ~5pm, greeted the 3 people standing behind the counter (a man on his phone, a woman answering a call, and a man with a paper). All 3 looked up at me and completely ignored me. Saw 2 of them leave and the guy in his phone continue to stare at his phone. After almost a minute I asked him if they were closed and he said no. He did end up helping me, so kudos, but that literally is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I’ve ever had. And I’ve worked retail…
