We have used Pool Troopers since they acquired the prior company a few years ago. The service and response times for repairs have been superior. Nicole King our supervisor has gone above and beyond many times, her recommendations are only what’s needed, rate in today’s world. Highly recommend them.
Had Brock Kuhn come out and replace my old pump with a new Maxflo VS pump and I love it. He also took out a bunch of 90 deg and in the PVC pipes that the original installer setup tha way for some reason. He was quick and and very helpful. Thank you!
This experience was like dealing with a used car dealer. A constant barrage of bait and switch, up-charge and up-sell. Then to add insult to injury, a new leak appeared mysteriously right near where they were working. Never going to do business with them again.
