I don't live in Syracuse, I live 90 minutes north of Syracuse. I am puertorican. I've been to the store on Erie Blvd. Nice to see that they cleaned it up. My complaint is the phone system. I called the store several times to ask about the availability of some Spanish produce. Every time I call I get a recording that if you know the ext press 4 or stay on the line for the operator which never answers. Also, it directs you to leave a message so someone can get back to you. The only thing this store requires is to be renovated so as to look similar to Wegmans. It offer cards one can use at register to receive discounts and earn points.
