Subpar craftsmanship, careless clean-up, and the owner displayed concerning anger issues. We have lived in the Fargo area for over 60 years and this was the worst small business I have ever some across.
I had some issues (Were not working for me) with their workers going on my property instead of staying on their jobsite. I left a message and was called back by the owner and he is going to take care of it.
They did a horrible job installing our new windows, in where 3 of them leaked water on the inside the first time it rained, and didn't show up on multiple occasions without notifying us. My wife works from home, so dealing with the majority of issues was left to her. We finally decided to fire Price-Rite, and we hired another contractor to fix the shoddy work they did, and sue them in Small Claims Court. Unprofessional, numerous no call no shows, and novice level work. Place has really gone downhill since new owners took over.
