Will talk a great deal and promise to come back to complete the job but he doesn’t follow through. The guy disappeared after he collected his pay ahead of completing the work. Should have never paid him. My loss but I hope this review helps others not make the same mistake I did. He will initially be on time and act professional but that behavior changed without a clear indicator. Bipolar.
