This shop is a waste of time and scammed a 18yr old out of 2,600$ and wouldn’t give any sort of refund, my transmission went out on the way home from picking it up 2 times, on the last time (third time) i got it back and reverse went out the next day and it started slipping and hard shifting and I tried to have them look at it again, and they told me it’s supposed to shift hard because they put a “towing solenoid” in it, witch another shop said doesn’t even exist, so left it at the other shop shop to have them fix it and the... read more
Great place, friendly staff fair pricing and good finish, had these guys rebuild my 4l60e transmission and it came out great. Only thing they could have improved on was communication during a longer than expected wait period but the transmission was an odd example so the delay was expected.
Do NOT use these people. Terrible terrible terrible. Unbelievable to deal with Promised delivery of our transmission (from February and now it’s August) would be replaced and still no replacement. Have put us in a terrible position with our client. Do not recommend. Stay clear
Worked with me and got my transmission rebuilt the way I wanted it and I would recommend these guys to everyone looking for transmission work, great with reasonable pricing and work is guaranteed, they were helpful and understanding when it came to the loss of a family member, will always recommend Price Performance and their crew, thank you guys
