Tony and Charlie are really good with customer service
I CORRECTED RATING FROM 3 TO 5. TYPO ERROR. Charlie and his staff were excellent to work with. My 2007 Cadillac Escalade transmission was rebuilt to stage 2 with 2 year warranty and installed within the 7-10 day turnaround as quoted. Battery went dead and I brought new one in to replace old one when I was picking up the car. I wasn’t charged for changing the battery. Fast turn around and great customer service
Charlie and his staff were excellent to work with. My 2007 Cadillac Escalade transmission was rebuilt to stage 2 with 2 year warranty and installed within the 7-10 day turnaround as quoted. Battery went dead and I brought new one in to replace old one when I was picking up the car. I wasn’t charged for changing the battery. Well, I wanted to share my story because at first our experience did not go so great. I put the transmission in the truck and shipped it twice and then quit pulling so of course I pulled the transmission back out. Take it back up there and was kind of a little rude and mean to these people and then he explained to me about the front pump and I needed to change the flywheel and I actually seen this on the counter when I originally purchased a transmission and I just didn’t do it so whenever I put the new transmission in for t... read more
