Awful experience, kept my truck for over a year and could never get the transmission fixed. Ended up having to take it somewhere else.
These guys were nothing but great. Picked up my truck, towed it 90 miles to get fixed. Best decision I’ve made in a while. This is an unsolicited review. Charlie put in a stage two in my 2006 Sierra, totally changed the vehicle and turned it into towing beast. Great price too. The previous 4l60e was a disaster installed by a Facebook scammer. Saved me 1000s as I don’t want to buy a newer truck. Update 2 years later- trans is still doing great. Even after some long tows.
If you buy a transmission from these guys I highly recommend you let them install it as well they have very reasonable prices,their customer service was exceptional they answer all your questions to make you knowledgeable of what’s going on with your vehicle and the best part they do it in timely fashion I dropped off that morning an it was ready before they closed,now that service and the work is warranted…I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!!!thank you again.
