Where to start this could be a long review but I will sum it up...RC Powell is absolutely amazing at what he does. Our loan was not an easy task by any means. He walked us through every step from start to finish. He went WAY above and beyond for us to see this through. He loves what he does and and he truly cares about his clients. I can not put into words how grateful we are for him and would recommend him a millions times over.
Wow! Addison was absolutely amazing to work with! As a first-time homebuyer, I was a little nervous about the process, but she went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. She’s honest, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and her warm personality made the whole experience enjoyable. I felt confident every step of the way because of her. I cannot thank her enough. This is very late but I want to give a shout out to RC for carrying me through this whole process and getting everything taken care of from the start of the buying process to closing in 18 days with 2 federal holidays in the middle of everything.
You want to warn them that Christopher Price is not a professional. First, he makes you waste your time and money on the home buying process, and in the end, he doesn't even approve it, even making you sign a home purchase contract. I think you should first make sure if he can approve it or not. I don't recommend this place to buy your house. Look for someone else.
