They are absolutely fantastic. After my last CPA retired, I was referred to James Westfall. For the past 7 years they have done a fantastic job on my Corporate and Individual Taxes. My husband and I needed help with a K-1 for tax purposes. Dan Glascow was of tremendous help. Always available and very responsive.
I have been a client of theirs since 2020 and they are very unprofessional. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the pandemic. But as of January 2023 I am very upset with how they have treated me as a paying client, and small business owner. If you notice the majority of their 5 star reviews were predominantly from 4+ years ago and is not a current reflection of how they run business. If I could rate these clowns zero stars I would. Told us from the beginning if I don’t respond within one day something is wrong. Well I can’t tell you how many times it took them a week or two weeks to get back to us. I had to even reach out the owner of the company at one point. Then as tax season rolls around, get an email hey we’re focusing on our most valuable customers so we can’t do your tax return. This place is a joke.
