I called about a service and something extra a while ago and they got me down for the service but never called me back on the quote for the extra thing. That was a few months ago and recently I called again to get a quote about replacing another part and again they never called me back. Really frustrating as I'm going on a road trip and need this vehicle ready in 2 short weeks.
Excellent service. Needed 4 new tires. Got a great price and they fixed my alignment perfectly. Very pleased.
My CRV was fixed quickly, which I appreciate since it was not starting and we needed it right away. The communication with the service department was excellent.
They cheerfully provided a loaner car and repaired my vehicle two days earlier than anticipated!
