We’ve consistently had an excellent experience with Price. Their team is professional, courteous, honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. We’ve appreciated the outstanding customer service from General Manager Colton, as well as every employee we’ve worked with. The technicians are always respectful of our home—they wear shoe covers, clean up after themselves, and treat our space with care, which we truly appreciate. Everyone at price was very nice. Each person I was very clear and answered any questions we had. Everyone of the techs was knowledgeable and they came and replaced my old unit. Thanks to the guys at price. Especially Josh Butler, Colten Russell, Landon Hyde, and Cain Sizemore they each came out and made sure everything was perfect.

Christian did a great job!! My appt window was 2:00-4:00, Christian text me at 1:50 to assure me of his ETA, which I really appreciated. He cleaned my unit thoroughly & explained what future maintenance may require & gave me a guesstimate of possible cost ....

Brett Williams was my service engineer for this call and in my opinion is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of meeting - he was on time, an excellent communicator and service engineer. He diagnosed and repaired this unit in two hours and got us cooling again. I highly recommend Price Heating and Air Conditioning and now I have found my new AC guys for life !

They came same day I called after waiting a week for other HVAC company to show. Josh was awesome explained all repair needs in detail and checked out all 3 units. Josh was very courteous and knowledgeable. 5 stars for Price and Josh.
