Buyer Beware: Those of us on the North Olympic Peninsula have few options for Ford dealerships. Port Angeles is the closest one around. I have been a loyal Ford customer for decades and have found this shop to be the worst I have ever had to deal with. During a recent experience in the service department at Price Ford, I received very gracious service from both Eric and Rob P. They both went out of their way to explain and repair a damaged part of my Ford Explorer. Even when I misunderstood the timing of the repair, Eric was kind and respectful to explain. I know that they are very busy there and to know that and still experience such thoughtful service is pretty amazing. I brought my pickup in for scheduled oil/ filter change, fluids check, and tire rotation. The service is excellent and quick and the staff friendly and informative.
