Our point of contact was Christina, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the process of getting our vehicle repaired. The service was fast, on time, and well coordinated. Christina‘s excellent customer service, and her willingness to help did not go unnoticed. I’ve been coming here regularly since I rely on my vehicle for work and need frequent oil changes. From the start, the front desk experience has been consistently frustrating—I was once standing directly in front of a service rep at his computer and was completely ignored. The only reason I kept coming back was Moe—he’s great, actually acknowledges customers, and keeps things moving. I even scheduled appointments around his shifts because of how bad the front staff can be. More than once, I’ve seen him call out from the back... read more

Horrible service department. I’m from out of town had battery fail on my work truck make an appointment for 8am and drop it off for them all day show up and they haven’t even worked on it yet.

They charged me 240.00 for diagnose it then told me what was wrong with it took it to another mechanic wasn't even what they said he fixed it for $263 with smogging it so yeah ford in turlock suck...
