I came in early for a routine oil change and fuel filter service. During the service they replaced the broken plastic clips on the fuel filter with upgraded metal ones at no charge, which I appreciated. When the job was finished, I had to return immediately due to a loss of power, which turned out to be a supposed loose intercooler connection that they failed to catch before handing off my vehicle to me. Buyer Beware: Those of us on the North Olympic Peninsula have few options for Ford dealerships. Port Angeles is the closest one around. I have been a loyal Ford customer for decades and have found this shop to be the worst I have ever had to deal with. The service department is hard to reach, their computerized inventory is often wrong, the employees make a lot of mistakes, and I’ve needlessly driven there twice from Port Townsend because I was given wrong information by the front desk person. During a recent experience in the service department at Price Ford, I received very gracious service from both Eric and Rob P. They both went out of their way to explain and repair a damaged part of my Ford Explorer. Even when I misunderstood the timing of the repair, Eric was kind and respectful to explain. I know that they are very busy there and to know that and still experience such thoughtful service is pretty amazing. I brought my pickup in for scheduled oil/ filter change, fluids check, and tire rotation. The service is excellent and quick and the staff friendly and informative.
