A couple of hours, mostly for finance shopping for best rates, in and out. Very easy no pressure and relaxing purchase experience
Ford picked my car up, took care of a recall, inspected for another and then brought it back to me. The service employees were kind and helpful. When I asked questions, they clearly stated their responses with good insight and help.

For some reason someone readjusted my seat, I am 5’7 not short so to move my seat to go about 50ft is ridiculous. I had it exactly the way I wanted it and now I can’t get back to the way I had it! All I had done was an oil change, plus the lift was broken and they didn’t even tell me so they could not rotate my tires. No apologies just that’s how it is. If I had known I would’ve come back another day to have the full Service for which is what I paid for.
