Loved working with Amy!!! We buy houses as investments, so we've been through the process a bunch. (And it's NOT a fun process!) There's always a snag - this time the seller died while we were under contract, and we had to amend the AOS while the estate went through probate - but she was flexible, professional and helpful throughout. I would highly, highly recommend her to anyone!
