Loved working with Amy!!! We buy houses as investments, so we've been through the process a bunch. (And it's NOT a fun process!) There's always a snag - this time the seller died while we were under contract, and we had to amend the AOS while the estate went through probate - but she was flexible, professional and helpful throughout. these guys rock! they are fast and efficient and professional ,I went thru a 6MONTH ordeal with the VA only to get disgusted and quit the proses the day of closing because of their incompetence(so much for our tax $ and veteran's "benefits") . the same hour I called Price financial I got BETTER rate ,BETTER terms, AND BETTER service !!! in three weeks I had my closing ,they are the best , and I thank them for it !!
