We could not be more pleased with our new home, Price hit it out of the park. From sales to selections to project management everything went smooth as it could. None of my requests were met with any uncertainty and was even told " you want a bullet proof igloo, got it" lol. Great builder highly recommend.
Enjoying my new home for six weeks now. the. The quality of the workmanship put into these homes is better than expected. Price takes pride in their work and always seem to make their customers happy. Would recommend the homes to everyone. Thank you for making good quality homes affordable.
PRICE does have some nice model homes to choose from. BUT the workmanship and the customer service is the worst. The "supervisor" of contractors, Larry, is not a man of his word and his contractors don't install things properly. Which ends up costing the homeowner more costs just for a licensed contractor to undo the shoody work and correct the things that should have been done correctly to begin with. We had heard amazing things about Price Family Homes. When we found out there was an opportunity to buy a Price home when we were house hunting we were ecstatic.
