Scam Alert! John takes your money, conducts himself with very poor communication skills and unprofessionalism, and leaves the property with multiple safety hazards and then blocks your number if you try contacting him. He left four 9ft deep pits on my property with no caution tape, flags, or barriers knowing I have small children and after not showing up, he texted me saying something came up and he would come the next day but never showed up and blocked my number.
