I called before the advertised closing time with the intention of ordering the correct parts for my Ram and was prepared to spend whatever it took to get the right components on the way. Unfortunately, the phone rang for about five minutes until it reached 6:30 PM (the listed closing time) and then the call dropped without anyone answering. I'll be honest I'm a bit shocked at all the five-star reviews.
