I will never set foot in that store or pharmacy ever again! They were told SEVERAL months ago, even before we switched pharmacies, we do not want the automatic refills on our medications. Well, they didn't comply with it. My husband had a vital heart medication because he has a severe chronic heart condition, and the medication is vital for him to have. When he called his doctor to have the medication sent to our present pharmacy to get filled there, it took 10 DAYS to get the situation rectified! We had a similar situation ... read more
The pharmacist here - and his entire staff - go way above and beyond their scope of duty to accommodate the customer. They have contacted my other pharmacy to get prescriptions transferred, worked with my insurance, contacted my doctor, etc. And - due to my strict, limited insurance plan - I wasn't even a regular customer here at the time! I now go here whenever possible because they are so nice and helpful.
I've always loved shopping in Pricechopper. Yesterday I dealt with John in the pharmacy. He is the most friendly, cheerful, kind helpful person. He is a HUGE asset to your business in these times of difficulty. I'm so grateful for John.
