When Albany kept close tabs on the Malone store it functioned well, sold the same products and didn't try to get away with hinky practices like discontinuing a service that they got in trouble for doing. Today I had to leave half a shopping cart of groceries because I needed to use a restroom and they had both of the public restrooms closed.
