awful crazy employees...what happened a**holes???
RecommendedI enjoy this Price Chopper, but I have a complaint only since the Corona Virus... Today, I ran into the ladies room, as there are a shortage of bathrooms now with the virus, and fast food being closed and only take out. As I made it into a stall-this irate customer said "ONLY 1 PERSON at a time!", I quickly reiterated that I would not have made it! My husband went to purchase one of their market fresh pizzas and his only request was, he didn't want them to cook it. We have done this many times before but today they refused! You'd think with covid, they would understand I don't want them handling my food any more than needed. So sick of the inconsistency in that store and the attitude. My husband was literally asking them to do LESS work, and they refused! He walked out without buying anything. Terrible customer service! This was the Johnstown NY location.
great prices
Bought some hamburger meat, went to cook it the same day it was bought and was very brown all the way through only red on outsides and smelled bad. I brought it back, was told that the meat was good after two different employees touched the meat with their hands. Refused to replace the meat, even after the employees touched it with their hands and refused to give me a refund. They will for sure be getting a higher up report from me along with evidence!

I shop here every week, so yes I am a loyal customet, or at least I was...meat dept very lacking in customer service skills, manager made it right but Im stll pissed off, Johnstown needs new grocery store!
