The people who work in this story are extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I could say the same for the customers. I have to say I was in Price Chopper on Saturday April 15, 2017 I had to get one thing at the Deli. I have never ever met a nicer group of people than the young man and young women working the morning shift. Whenever my 86 yrs young MoM shops at Price Chopper she is always finding great bargains..and when she does a big shopping she comes home with sales items that are normally overpriced elsewhere .When [not often] however she returns an item she never has any problems RE red tape & or scrutiny..ha..I She loves this store..and might I say..ok I will..we receive calls only when a product is re-called.which is a rare occurrence RE Super Markets...Thank you..
Stood at the bakery for over 10 mins at 12:30 in the afternoon until I had to ask someone for help. He called someone over to the bakery on the intercom. Another 10 minutes went by and finally a manager came over and asked if I needed help. I asked about a certain bread and he said he didn't know what kind it was. I got it anyway but all of a sudden he knew what kind it was because he put a sticker on it or me to take to the register. Usually I love this store.
