Great location, quality food, good prices and easy to get in and out quickly. Might think about doing something for staff moral. It appears that the staff persons seem down, not in good spirits and the young gentleman that waited on me stated that he was under paid. Might want to consider some different employee recognition. I was surprised how well stocked this store was during the pandemic. It’s understandable that so many of the items were out and still out but I have been impressed and understood the hard time the employees go through. I shop few and far between to be less a burden but I give my upmost compliment. In town for a few days. I'm not used to giant stores as this but it is beautiful. Had some trouble finding some items. Ryan the manager helped me and couldn't be any more kind and very funny. Then i ran in yesterday for a few items. the lines were long but the younger manager, Jacob opened a check stand and was extremely pleasant to chat with. Very positive and brightly lit store! Wish Handy's in my hometown was this courtesy! thank you staff!
I love Price Chopper! The employees are so friendly! I order with Instacart weekly. Occasionally I have to run in and I would love if the management would move this end rack of smelling things over by the pharmacy or down the cleaning aisle! I grab my fruits and veggies and then go back to the meat department and get suffocated by the smell! (A little exaggerated but not much) I’ve gone in and requested but no luck.. maybe if others comment too we can get it moved...

Our organic and natural soaps are in the traffic line between produce and meat, and we will be happy to explore a different location if it will enhance the customer shopping experience.
