My husband's truck sat in the service department from July 5th until he picked it up Friday 8/11.... without anyone even looking at it, let alone trying to fix it. He called weekly, getting excuse after excuse as to why they had not gotten to it yet!!! We will never do business with them again. (He and a co-worker figured out the problem and had it fixed in 3 hours).
