I had a great experience visiting the store on university Blvd and had excellent customer service experience with floor specialist Phil help me with picking out a nice bedroom and living room set and explain everthing correctly and was very polite and kind.
Convinced 5 star ratings are fake. Company damaged furniture and damage wall in my home and states that "Customer wanted damaged furniture and damage to wall was already there".CUSTOMER SERVICES IS JUST AS BAD AS UPPER MANAGEMENT. I have proof that damage was done after delivery but they continue to deny. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
This store is horible DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I ordered a beautiful Leighton bedroom set. everything came but the dresser for the mirror. I was told I was the mirror was out of stock and I had not been charged for it, and I could go into any store and pick out a mirror. This was during the stay at home order and I did not want to do that. After reading reviews, and going against my better judgement, I went to Price Busters. The location we went to (25th Street and Kirk Avenue) was a warehouse. The place was dirty. My daughter saw an advertised bedroom set from Price Busters she wanted. After reading reviews, and going against my better judgement, I went to Price Busters. NO NO NO..... the headquarters in Landover Maryland is terrible they never answer the phone and when you do get through it's always somebody else that have no idea what you're talkin about. They never delivered my furniture and Daniel is bad he never returns calls or anything he doesn't have an answering machine on his phone so you will never get in contact with him trying to get my money back now.... customer service is terrible delivery I'm still waiting 2 weeks and Counting I did talk to a guy name Charles his customer s... read more
STOP..STOP...Do NOT set yourself up. Price Busters furniture is very cheap. I brought a Queen Size Bed which is very pretty, but the material it is made of is very cheap. After about two months the bed headboard fell apart and when I called customer service, the guy was rude and very short and nasty with me. I have NOT had the bed for 90 days and it used in my guest bedroom for guest which was mother who came to town and stayed for 2 days and with her weighing only a 155 lbs and this should not have happened. Charles was absolutely amazing. I had called earlier that day to inquire about their payment plans. When I arrived to the store everyone was friendly and helpful. Charles showed me around and gave me plenty of options. I was able to be in and out within a hour with a signed deal . Never thought about leasing furniture until now. But I can say I am super pleased.
Mr.Charles was a awesome retailer and great management technique! I knew he had to be a higher manager he had great customer service. He help with my undecided vision! He was very professional.. even when deal with other customers he was very patient. He gave wonderful service
