I had great customer service from Chrissy at the Franklin st store she was awesome and she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted I will be going back or calling back.
Walked into the Forestville MD location and everyone was friendly. We were immediately helped by Mrs. Nene who helped us through the entire experience. She had so much patience and was informative about the furniture. I would definitely purchase here again. The prices were affordable.
I would like to commend Chrissy @ Franklin St Price Busters. I had filled out the credit application just to be doing something, while browsing on the website. She was very helpful in assisting me with selecting furniture. The reclining loveseat and sofa were not in stock & would be several weeks before arriving. She took pictures of similar sets that was in stock to show me and even tried out the comfort level of the cushion. This was ALL done ONLINE. Chanelle was amazing and professional. She made sure to disclose all details with me and explain the process while helping me look for furniture. this is my second time using price busters and making purchases over the phone. Chanelle was my perfect set of eyes.
I love price busters just wish they had a phone app so u can make payments on instead of keep going to store to make a Payment on furniture.
I had a great experience visiting the store on university Blvd and had excellent customer service experience with floor specialist Phil help me with picking out a nice bedroom and living room set and explain everthing correctly and was very polite and kind.
Convinced 5 star ratings are fake. Company damaged furniture and damage wall in my home and states that "Customer wanted damaged furniture and damage to wall was already there".CUSTOMER SERVICES IS JUST AS BAD AS UPPER MANAGEMENT. I have proof that damage was done after delivery but they continue to deny. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
