Walter Price St. appraised my house for sale in Clermont making a $25,000 error. He refused to correct it or even consider it. I had a subsequent corrected appraisal done showing exactly where he made incorrect adjustments and value was $30k higher.. Still no action and I lost $25k on pin sale, very incompetent and unethical business. Shame.
