Very unprofessional. Dealt with this place fpr the past 3 years for mmcc certification. Shes only in it or the quick buck. Has a banner displayed on building showing her prices but does not honor them. She doesnt return calls and is hard to get a hold of. If you are looking for a MMCC doctor, save yourself the trouble and money and go literally anywhere else.
