Not really too sure where the miscommunication happened. The reason I’m giving them five stars is because I didn’t have to pay their 40% fee after they sent me a letter saying they were dropping me as a client. They more than likely did try to call me but with the new AI iPhone answering system, which I explained to them that I wasn’t getting all of my phone calls. Jeff and his staff treated my wife & I like family! We dealt with the White Oak office! From start to finish the staff acted very professional answering any question no matter how small! We were always kept up to date and our progressed!On one occasion Beth even called us late on a Friday, to reassure us that all was well with our case! I would recommend Jeff and his staff to anyone requiring legal help.
