Finally got a free day to go and use my wine tasting certificate that I won from the Annual Robert A. Chapman bike run this year. The girl (I think her name was Alena) was incredibly knowledgeable about the wines and gave us information about each one that my boyfriend and I tried. We ended up purchasing a bottle of Jeremy River White. I found it to be a bit sweet for my liking but Alena suggested I try mixing it with some sparkling lemonade and it was delicious!! Visited this winery solo and had an amazing experience in October of last year. The wines are superb and well crafted. One of my favorite stops on the CT Wine Trail for the wine alone!
Delicious selection of wine. Perfect place to either rekindle romance, build memories with family and friends, or just take in the elements of the property.
We had a great evening. The wine was delicious. The band, Mixed Signals was excellent. The vineyard is beautiful.
