Mostly from the complete lack of communication in asking what the bride and groom want for THEIR wedding. It was a mess going back and forth, waiting for someone to call back or reach out. Very simple wedding with very few requests. Took forever to get responses. My bouquet had to be sent back twice and still wasn't what I had asked for. Corsages had to be sent back twice. Again, still not what I had asked for. Coordinator blamed everyone else and stated she wasn't working with her "A" floral designer. My sister almost missed the entire wedding as she had to find a basket for the flower girl. The linen was dingy. No cutlery for the cake.
