I’ve been a patient at Pri-Med Care for years, and it’s always been a fantastic experience. Both Dr. Khan and Dr. Chandra are incredible physicians who truly care about their patients. I cannot emphasis enough how unprofessional and disorganized Pri-Med Care is. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and quite honestly disrespectful. I had called to verify that my insurance was to be taken, as Dr. Chandra was listed as in-network and selected as my PCP. I was reassured that everything was in their system and I had scheduled an appointment. STAY AWAY FRoM THIS CLINIC.. Beware and stay away from these cheats.. A bunch of unprofessional people work there who doesn’t know anything about customer service. And the only thing they know is how to cheat customer with their money.. they are fraud and they bill insurance with wrong services and duplicate services.. they will make you do tests which are irrelevant and unnecessary as part of the annual preventative checkup guaranteeing everything will be covered by the insurance.. and when I resisted I was told that it’s m... read more

I have to say the doctor is very sweet and nice but she has to be over extending herself to a point she is not following through for her patients. I have not had one visit I didn't have to call the office multiple times to get what I actually went in for. Every referral has been worse than this office. I hate to say it but I have to give up after trying for a year to get quality service. I feel like all my visits should be refunded at this point because the time I have had to take away from my own work has cost me more money... read more

Dr. Khan has taken such good care of my mother. He is so kind and warm, and extremely thorough in his care and treatment. I feel like she is excellent hands.
