Communication at that stage was prompt, clear, and courteous, which gave me confidence in the process. I couldn't be happier with the service I received! PRF came over to change some hard-wired light fittings, and the sparky went above and beyond. Not only did he do a fantastic job installing the lights, but he also noticed the cords could use a touch-up and painted them while he was up the ladder. Such great attention to detail! The work was efficient, tidy, and professional, and the lights look amazing now. Highly recommend PRF for anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful electrician. Thank you again!
