The Perez Family and their crew did an excellent job painting the interior of our new home. We had just moved in so they had to work around storage containers and furniture all over the place. They were great to work with, very helpful, great communication and meticulous with their work at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.
I hired Perez Painting Services to re-paint the exterior of my house and they did an excellent job. Very please with the result. My house is a tudor style so it has accent trim in a darker color than the adjacent stucco. So there was quite a lot of cutting in work to do. The price Mr. Perez gave me for the project was very fair and they also had to do some additional work replacing some rotted pieces of the accent wood.
