I hired Perez Painting Services to re-paint the exterior of my house and they did an excellent job. Very please with the result. My house is a tudor style so it has accent trim in a darker color than the adjacent stucco. So there was quite a lot of cutting in work to do. The price Mr. Perez gave me for the project was very fair and they also had to do some additional work replacing some rotted pieces of the accent wood. Perez Painting recently painted the interior of our home. They were very professional and courteous. They did a great job with attention to detail and trim. All furniture and pictures were replaced and all rooms left clean. We will definitely call them again for any future painting plans.
