The staff went above and beyond for my dogs send off. They truly cared for her and my family. Thank you for helping us through one of our hardest days. You truly showed love and compassion to our dog, Friday.
I can't thank the staff there enough. I had taken my 4 year old cat for check up and vaccinations he passed away hours later. The vet got the vaccination company to pay for an autopsy to see if vaccine caused it. Turns out he had an enlarge heart and probably passed from a heart attack. The support and caring from everyone there helped me so much.
Had our first appointment here this week and the staff were lovely, the vet was very friendly and helpful. We got my dog's nails cut during the appointment and he has always been difficult with this, but we managed to get it done! Good experience and would recommend.
We can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Clarke and the entire team. We had never been to this clinic before, as our regular vet is located in Victoria, but when our dog had an emergency, we called and were immediately met with empathy and urgency from the front staff. They handled the situation with such care and professionalism, which made a very stressful moment a little easier. Just moved to Duncan and needed a vet for my doggos. Read some reviews of various vets and chose Prevost based on those reviews. Took my pup in for his 16-week shots. The vet was so personable, kind and relaxed. That energy helped my pup relax getting his shots. Wonderful experience. For new puppy owners, they offer discounts. Ask about them. Highly recommend.
