Had issues with my furnace. Had the furnace removed and It taken in from the time it was dropped off to a few hours later they had a chance to look at it fix it. Called me back give me all the information. didn’t overcharge didn’t try to sell me stuff that I didn’t need had good communication with the service department and They didn’t recommend changing unnecessary parts. I had a mixed experience with the service desk getting an axle replacement for my trailer. If you do have requirements, make sure it’s very clear. I wished I was more knowledgeable and understood better to anticipate those issues. Communication was inconsistent from the start. The service manager talked me into changing my axle after a conversation, then she quoted me one hour for measurements but charged for two, which they did fix after speaking with her. SCAMMERS!!!! Said they would fix the leak in my trailer. When I got it back nothing was fixed, leak was worse than ever and they wouldn’t give me a refund.
Always great service. Everybody there is friendly and informative. They keep you updated and aware of everything that's going on. Love the fact that they are very responsive by text with any questions one may have. They make the whole process easier when you bring your RV there to get worked on. Customer for life!
