I contacted this company specifically requesting parts for a Domestic 510 Sealand toilet ball valve replacement. They required a $350 upfront payment before the visit, which I agreed to. When the technician arrived, they did not bring the requested parts despite being told exactly what was needed beforehand. Instead of completing the repair as discussed, I was given two options: purchase a brand new toilet through them at additional cost, or transport my RV to their shop for the ball valve replacement — after already paying ... read more

Edit: down graded to 1 star: after 7 months, i had to get towed because my bearing broke and the axle shop in PG found the castle nut too loose. My concern here is that the service advisor was arguing with me to get always more pictures and tried to discredit my warranty claim even with the axle shop’s detailing the fault in their invoice…To the point I returned to the shop to ask if I was fair to ask them to fix their negligence.
