So far been extremely fast friendly service highly recommend them
Can't say enough about Kevin. My wife and I were stressed making this purchase but Kevin walked us through all our options with patience...above and beyond service. Thanks for answering our never ending questions Kev hahaha! The clincher for me was the follow up with Kev. I had some concerns and he didn't leave me hanging. Really appreciate it. Thanks for making my family happy!
Save your money, and use one of the other local repair guys. They were going to charge us $1500+$250 (for the quote) for a slide cable, the local RV repair guy came and did it for $200
They were very easy going staff and gave me a discount on my first purchase
4 months ago (May) … ‘sure we can replace your RV window, we’ve done ICBC claims before no problem … should take a couple of weeks’ … Now, it’s September … they haven’t even got (ordered?) the window yet … 4 face to face visits with Service (even one in early August with the GM) not to mention the bi-weekly telephone calls & texts … not once did they initiate communication, just answered with excuses and empty promises … just STAY AWAY!
