Can't say enough about Kevin. My wife and I were stressed making this purchase but Kevin walked us through all our options with patience...above and beyond service. Thanks for answering our never ending questions Kev hahaha! The clincher for me was the follow up with Kev. I had some concerns and he didn't leave me hanging. Really appreciate it. Thanks for making my family happy!
Save your money, and use one of the other local repair guys. They were going to charge us $1500+$250 (for the quote) for a slide cable, the local RV repair guy came and did it for $200
They were very easy going staff and gave me a discount on my first purchase
4 months ago (May) … ‘sure we can replace your RV window, we’ve done ICBC claims before no problem … should take a couple of weeks’ … Now, it’s September … they haven’t even got (ordered?) the window yet … 4 face to face visits with Service (even one in early August with the GM) not to mention the bi-weekly telephone calls & texts … not once did they initiate communication, just answered with excuses and empty promises … just STAY AWAY!
This place is a joke, I bought a 20ft heavy duty trailer here. A tire let go at 400km, destroyed itself…… The spare was the wrong bolt pattern left me stranded on the highway over night. I took it in to get the tire replaced and another tire was separated. I took the cheap tires supplied with the trailer and put good ones on so I had a reliable trailer. They told me how serious they were taking my issue and offered a new rim and swap the spare…….what joke…….i can deal with a bad tire stuff happens, but wrong spare that’s ter... read more
