I’ve been going here for years and have been consistently satisfied with every treatment. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. They are always quick to respond. Their pricing reflects the high quality of care and expertise they provide.
I had a SkinPen microneedling treatment that was the most painful experience ever! The technician was running late and recommended that I proceed without any numbing cream, assuring me that many people prefer to do it without being numbed. It was so unbearably painful and I felt gaslit into thinking I was being especially sensitive. The whole experience was really emotionally scarring. Dr. Adam Woodard, nurse Aimee Anderson and another lovely nurse ( whom I do not remember the name :( ) are truly the best. I have had a skin issue that has bothered me for years and Dr. Adam Woodard and all the nurses at Preventous really worked with me to find the best treatment for me when all the other dermatologists' recommended treatments and prescriptions never worked.
