I really appreciated that Adam Leavitt went the extra mile in paying special attention to the problem of grasshoppers! And of course he did everything else that he was supposed to do for the service plan in an excellent way! But I was especially grateful for his going to extra mile regarding the grasshopper problem!

I have been with Preventive pest control for a long time. This year I am having problems with ants in my house. Today the Operation Manager Jordan Sanchez is coming out to my house. I thought he was coming out to spray another time. My house has pine trees all around the house. In the past calls talking with Jordan he was saying he thinks it might be the pine needles. Gabe was very, very nice. He had the horrible task of having to deal with a wasp nest under my deck. He was very brave and he did a great job! I also really appreciate the fact that Gabe came out to my house the same day I called Preventive Pest Control (in a panic) about the wasp nest.
