Gabe was very, very nice. He had the horrible task of having to deal with a wasp nest under my deck. He was very brave and he did a great job! I also really appreciate the fact that Gabe came out to my house the same day I called Preventive Pest Control (in a panic) about the wasp nest.
I’ve been with Preventive Pest Control for a couple years now. The services have been good, until recently when I had an issue with my quarterly service and my contact info/appt notifications not being received. I was upset and unhappy with the level of customer service. A couple days later I received a call from the Operations Manager, Jordan.
