Jaeger is professional and was able to confirm the possibility of splitting the job into indoor-outdoor. That made all the difference with my mom being sick and not wanting noise due to her condition. Jaeger completed the outside work. He is very pleasant and informative, efficient in his work too. Avoid at all costs! Their sales team is deceptive, and they'll stop at nothing to sign you up. We never had a contract, but they claimed we did and billing along with a cancellation fee. Red Flags: 1. *Dishonest sales tactics*: Falsely claimed we had a contract. 2. *Aggressive collection practices*: Demanded payment for services never rendered.
