Beware of Preventive Medicine center. At first, the office staff is eager and helpful to get you scheduled with an appointment. Dr. Wilgarde was knowable and recommended several prescribed meds/supplements along with reading materials. I went to their preferred pharmacy and picked up a 3 months supply. After a few weeks I wasn’t feeling well and put on several pounds. I have not made my appointment yet, but I’m going to. Currently reading “ How to Achieve Healthy Aging” by Dr Neal Rouzier. Trying to educate myself before I go. All I know...is my aunt & uncle both are under the initial care of Dr Rouzier. They have been for years. They are both in their late 70’s almost 80.
