This is the first negative review I have ever posted for a business. I hate doing it, and it takes a lot for me to do so. But, the wild goose chase I have been on, and the fact that I have communicated my insurance requirements, as well as my level of pain very clearly have forced me to post this. To not inform others would be lacking on my part. I love Dr. Knudsen and his wonderful staff.
Money Hungry group of Nurses you never see a doctor 4 years I only saw a nurse. But charged Doctor rates. Charged $65.00 to look into my ear then charged $35.00 to weigh you. There policies are to get as much money out of each patient as they possible can. Buyer BEWARE.
I have been very pleased with Dr Knudsen and his entire staff. They are quick and responsive, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr Knudsen.
