After a year or 2 with dealing with a contractor that was a complete fraud, I was very relieved to find this team!!! Knowledgable, professional, and nice people!! A+

Rude service
I hired Preventive Maintenance to replace an old leaking skylight. They provided excellent advice and communication to the selection of the new skylight, and were responsive in providing updates while we waited on the permit. On the day of work, Brian and his crew were on time, completed the job quickly, and left the work area spotless when finished. The work passed permit inspection first inspection, too! Very happy with the work and experience of it all. I highly recommend them!
