Rude service
I hired Preventive Maintenance to replace an old leaking skylight. They provided excellent advice and communication to the selection of the new skylight, and were responsive in providing updates while we waited on the permit. On the day of work, Brian and his crew were on time, completed the job quickly, and left the work area spotless when finished. The work passed permit inspection first inspection, too! Very happy with the work and experience of it all. I highly recommend them!
I needed a new roof and the roofing company showed me that my chimney needed to be replaced Preventive Maintenance was the company to call. They came out in one day with an estimate, filled the needed paperwork, and did a great job. The new chimney looks great -- I can't thank them enough.
Kris & Sherry were very easy to work with. Brian and his team showed up and did their work in a professional manner. Very happy. Would recommend.
