I reached out to Kris for help planning a simple remodel of my patio area. He requested $500 for “drawings,” yet a month and a half later, I still have no drawings and have received little follow-up. He never even took the time to come out and see my property in person. The lack of communication and follow-through shows very little care for potential customers. If this is how the planning stage is handled, I can only imagine how the remodel would be managed. Extremely disappointing.
Complete trash company. Super rude and awful business people. Stay away. Fair warning.
I was in a bind and needed a chimney inspection ASAP. Every other company said they couldn't help, but Alovo Chimney Services came through for me. They arrived right on time, did a thorough job, and even cleaned up after themselves. Definitely sticking with them for any future needs.
Fireplace had issues before but now everything works normally again after cleaning
After a year or 2 with dealing with a contractor that was a complete fraud, I was very relieved to find this team!!! Knowledgable, professional, and nice people!! A+
