Dr. Jeanine Thomas is an exceptional physician that really cares for her patients.
I have not been to Dr Thomas in a couple of years, due to no fault of hers. I have spoken very highly of her to friends and family. I am trying to reconnect with her because frankly I haven’t been able to find the level of care I received from her. However, I am having a difficult time finding her so if anyone has a good working number please respond .
Dr. Thomas is a great doctor. She’s very caring and attentive to patient needs. I always feel heard and have a great experience. My issue is her staff (Maria) is extremely rude. She answered the phone with an attitude and I was hoping it would change. It didn’t. As Im clarifying my refills she (Maria) lets out a breath like I’m irritating her. This is the worst clinical experience ever. The office doesn’t have consistent hours, they don’t answer the phone and it’s been over a week and my prescription is STILL not even at the pharmacy. Her hands are often trembling during procedures and she dropped my incision items 3 times during a procedure. I had to ask her about wearing gloves because she was about to cut me with NO GLOVES.
