Dr. Thomas is a great doctor. She’s very caring and attentive to patient needs. I always feel heard and have a great experience. My issue is her staff (Maria) is extremely rude. She answered the phone with an attitude and I was hoping it would change. It didn’t. As Im clarifying my refills she (Maria) lets out a breath like I’m irritating her. This is the worst clinical experience ever. The office doesn’t have consistent hours, they don’t answer the phone and it’s been over a week and my prescription is STILL not even at the pharmacy. Her hands are often trembling during procedures and she dropped my incision items 3 times during a procedure. I had to ask her about wearing gloves because she was about to cut me with NO GLOVES. Forget about addressing YOUR medical issues during YOUR visit because Dr. Thomas complains about her PERSONAL life during the WHOLE visit. ... read more
Dr. Jeanine Thomas is an extraordinary doctor who loves her patients as her own family and is genuinely concerned about our health. She is all about us physically, mentally, and emotionally! I love her and her staff! Tei
Dr. Thomas listens! She has been my wife and her families PCP for years. I was hesitant about switching to her being my PCP because to be honest, I knew she was going to tell me the truth about my health and not just what I wanted to hear. I am healthy, blood pressure under control and I'm down 60 lbs. It's great having a Dr who not only knows her stuff, but also takes the time to get to know you!!!
Dr. Thomas is a very unique physician. She takes a special interest in all of her patients. She is a God-Fearing woman and leads by example. I am extremely happy that I am in her care.
