I’ve had such a great experience at this gym! Rob has been an amazing personal trainer. He really took the time to understand my goals and helped me stay motivated every step of the way. His guidance and support have made a big difference in my progress, and I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for someone as knowledgeable and encouraging as Rob!

A warm and welcoming gym that has given me the courage and confidence to start my fitness journey. The trainers are great and really listen to help with your individual needs. I can only speak highly of this gym and thankful for all of the support.

Absolutely love the experience working with Coach Rob in prep of my wedding. The workouts are fierce and Rob offers his assistant and guidance throughout. Excited to continue using Prevention + Performance for my wedding and thereafter!

I was hesitant to try a new gym but am grateful that I did. The one on one training program has really been tailored to both my goals and limitations. The environment is welcoming and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend checking out Prevention & Performance if you want to become stronger and healthier.
