So unfortunately, i've had two things happen at this clinic over the past two years. It is very hard to find a dentist in maine so I never switched. But the first incident that happened was when I got my teeth whitened. The lady burnt my gums with malpractices, and I spoke with the owner or the person in charge, and they apologized, and i'm pretty sure either she got fired or she got corrected. It is amazing how well, Kayla the owner/hygienist, has utilized the current smaller office while adding new services at the same time. And because of that success, Prevention Is Key is moving across the road to a new and larger office space that they designed specifically for dentistry. Danielle was great with my 2 year old! Even though my kid was a handful and did not want to be there, Danielle stayed calm and relaxed the entire time and she did wonderful explaining things to me! Thank you!
Kayla and her team are some of the BEST professionals I’ve had the pleasure of patronizing in the area. I love that they’re an all women practice—-staff is extremely informative and knowledgeable, great to chat with— would highly highly recommend them and this practice for cleaning, x-rays, whitening and basic stuff. For fillings, crowns, etc they give you a referral to a local dentist.
