Preventia has done a great job with our security system. Hosea did our install and was a pleasure to work with, communicated clearly on his arrival times, went above and beyond to get our system fixed after a storm messed up some of it, and kindly walked us thru how to us our system! I would highly recommend Preventia and Hosea!

We inherited our system from a previous owner, so it was already installed and ready for use once activated. We ran into a few hiccups since it was a more dated version but Jose has been so responsive and quick to fix those issues. I have been pleased with the customer service he has provided!
