My experience has been highly successful. The quality of instruction is so helpful in regaining your edge. My balance is much improved. Toning and strength have been added in a safe and patient manner. This coach is the real deal.
Stacey continually strives for excellence in her field. Experience with those with hypermobility/EDS, and autoimmune conditions. She is not only a trusted resource for my clients, but also my personal trainer. She meets you where you are in your stage of life, and focuses on your ability to thrive for a lifetime!
Stacey is a phenomenal coach and I would recommend her to anyone! I’ve been seeing her for a little over a year now and I’ve seen so many improvements in everyday life - from no longer having daily aches and pains, to being able to perform manual labor at work with improved strength. Stacey is patient, motivating, and empathetic, the perfect balance of all the qualities you want and need out of a healthy lifestyle coach.
I went to Stacey, from preventive life for a different reason than most, I have had a spinal cord injury and a neurological disorder with my plexus. I was in search of guidance on an exercise routine and also information relative to exercising with my condition. I found Stacy to be very caring, well read, informative and helpful. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking to increase their physical and mental well-being.
