I went to Stacey, from preventive life for a different reason than most, I have had a spinal cord injury and a neurological disorder with my plexus. I was in search of guidance on an exercise routine and also information relative to exercising with my condition. I found Stacy to be very caring, well read, informative and helpful. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking to increase their physical and mental well-being.
I have been most satisfied with Stacy and her enthusiasm for helping me to be healthier and gain flexibility and strength. She loves what she does and it is evident to others. I feel like she is family and she truly cares.
