In October of 2017 I was overweight and uncomfortable. I had tried other methods for weight loss and improved fitness without achieving any sustainable results. Ryan is a very effective preventative healthcare coach. Rather than using a "one size fits all" approach, he tailors his program to each individual based on assessments and goals. He also addresses multiple aspects of health and wellness, including not only proper movement and exercise, but also diet, sleep, and mental wellness. The results are amazing!
